Our portfolio spans the interest of our engineers. We are vested in the problems we solve that we find interesting and meaningful.

Decisions are made by the people doing the work. If a piece of it is yours, you decide how it gets built.

No corporate ladder.

There is no ladder to climb here. No pretending and politicking because we keep things genuine.

Nobody’s job here is to manage you — when something needs deciding, the people who will build it decide it, usually in a ten-minute conversation rather than a six-week process.

We don’t have an open roles page.

We hire when we meet someone we want to work with, which is a slower and less predictable process than a job board. If the above sounds like somewhere you would do good work, tell us what you would want to build.
